Here we explain everything you need to know in order to enjoy Apropa Cultura
How does it work? Who can register? How much do the tickets cost?
This website is an online platform where the coordinators, educators and managers of social centres can buy tickets for the regular programme of cultural venues.
Our programme is therefore aimed at 2 types of entity:
- Social centres and services – Entities working with people in vulnerable situations: intellectual disability, mental health, physical disability or addiction problems. Also with people deprived of liberty, migrants, children, adolescents, women experiencing gender violence and older people.
- Promoters and cultural venues – Theatres, concert halls, museums, festivals, exhibition halls, cultural centres...
A social centre or service can take part if it:
- Is a legally constituted social entity (social centre, foundation, association...).
- Works with people in vulnerable situations.
- Works in prevention or direct intervention.
- Receives a grant or support from a public or private entity with a social purpose.
- Undertakes to comply with the programme rules.
How to register if you are a social entity
To start booking tickets, you only need to follow these steps:
- Send your application by filling in the Apropa Cultura registration form.
- Our central office will review your application to make sure your centre can benefit from the programme.
- Once accepted, we will assign you a rate category according to the nature of your centre.
- You can now start booking tickets!
How to join if you are a cultural promoter
Would you like to offer a small part of your capacity to people at risk of exclusion? Excellent decision!
More than 60 cultural promoters have already joined the programme!
New promoters join the programme in person. Contact us and we will gladly pay you a visit to explain how to join the programme and how it works.
