Choose the activities carefully

When you make your Apropa bookings, bear in mind the characteristics and the needs of the group: number of people, the most suitable time, type of show, ability to keep quiet...

Apropa Cultura has a coordinator at every venue to help you through the process of choosing activities and exhibitions.

Go to the programme presentations

Before each call opens, the programmers present their programme to the centres registered with Apropa Cultura.

These are events just for you, where the shows and activities you will be able to book over the season are explained.

Take the chance to learn about the cultural offer first-hand and clear up any questions.

Prepare the outing

In the page for each venue you will find very useful information for preparing the outing:

Check your booking

A few days before the outing, check that the details of the request are correct: number of people, time, payment... It is important to be punctual and to let reception know you have arrived.

If there is any last-minute change, contact the person in charge of the venue!

Arrive 30 minutes early

For shows you need to arrive at least 30 minutes early so you can collect your tickets and find your seats calmly.

For museums, you will need to arrive early to leave your belongings in the cloakroom and get ready for the visit.

Bear in mind that there may be a queue to collect the tickets and that you may need time to find parking.

Inside the hall

Remember that inside theatres, museums and other cultural venues eating and drinking are not allowed.

While the show is on, you can only leave during the applause. In some cases, if you leave the hall you will not be able to come back in.

If you expect that someone in the group will need to leave the hall during the show, tell the venue's Apropa coordinator.

It is very important to switch mobile phones off so as not to interrupt or disturb the show.

Share the experience

Culture is lived more intensely when it is shared.

Back at your centre, talk together about how it felt. Look for videos and material related to the show to enrich your experience.
